Yeah, so I'm a baby. Just another person complaining about the weather, Waaah this winter is too cold and snowy, boohoo this summer is too hot and humid. Yeah I am one of those people, but you wouldn't know it. I don't go ranting to just anybody, except of course when the heat is horrible while at work. There is nothing worse then working uncomfortably. Go home feeling dirty and gross, face melted, pit marks, hair frizzy. Aacck!
This might get TMI for a min, so if you are squeamish, well go watch some cartoons or something..
I dunno if its the wrong type of fabric (and I've tried all kinds) but if you wear shorts over your leo and tights to class, and mid way take a bathroom break you'll know what I'm talking about. I double up on baby powder before class if my "wick-able fabric" shorts are in the wash, and skip panties or underwear it just makes it so much worse. It's super annoying!
What is the theory out there on sweat anyways. You sweat a lot it means you're healthy? If you sweat a lot it means you're outta shape? Either way I do sweat a lot, and no I'm not in the best shape. (Oh I guess I found my answer then! ) I could stand to lose probably about 25-30lbs. My BMI says I am just within normal range. Realistically I know I'm not in a normal range. I have small bones and this weight (although I can hide it) is not very pretty or healthy.
Now that class has been out for summer break, I've become extremely lazy. There's no excuse for it. I am the one pigging out and laying around and no quick fix pill or exercise machine is gonna cut it. As the weight goes up the heat tolerance goes down, fast. Ice cold drinks, lose fit sheer shirts can do the trick at work well enough......oh.. of course a strategically placed desk fan.
